Data Collection, Integration and Analysis

One of the primary functions of the interactive tools developed by SLS is data collection. Our applications enable partners and clients to obtain and manage extensive customer contact and survey data. Our interactive platforms expedite the selection, flow and integration of data.

SLS has developed a core software product which we call the Active Response System. Our core Active Response software is customized for each application providing many options for managing customer data.

SLS can work with the client’s existing systems and databases to integrate the data generated through new interactive tools. We can also augment and modernize existing databases if necessary.

We also offer a range of solutions for sending interactive email communications. We can coordinate data input for existing email service providers like Constant Contact or Vertical Response, or we can develop a customized internal capability for clients and partners to manage email marketing.

Virtually all of our custom applications are integrated with Google Analytics providing tracking and reporting of page visits, links and use of interactive tools. This analytic information also enriches the customer database.

SLS can also design custom content management tools providing your clients with the capability to manage their customer databases in real time extracting information for campaigns or analytics.
