MyStudentGroups.com

MyStudentGroups.com is a web-based product for Student Activities offices at colleges and universities. The product is used to manage student groups and organizations at the college or university.

  • The look-and-feel of the website can be customized by uploading images and a stylesheet.
  • Students register and manage their own organizations; university staff do not need to enter these data. Organizations can have board members as well.
  • Administrators must approve all content before it is posted to the website. Malicious users cannot post arbitrary/offending content to the website without administrator approval.
  • Administrators can specify different budget categories and their respective dollar limits.
  • Students can submit budget proposals via the website.
  • Administrators can approve or deny budget proposals.
  • Single-sign on capability: the product can be integrated with your school's authentication scheme. This means that if students and staff in your school already have usernames/passwords from the school, we can authenticate with the same username/password. Less usernames and passwords for people to remember.
